At Gavica, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below for full details.

Order Processing Time:
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Processing Window: Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We carefully inspect and securely package all items before shipment.

Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days at no additional charge.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days for a flat fee of $6.99 USD.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier and location.

Order Tracking:
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment and view estimated delivery dates.

Peak Season Delays:
  • During high-demand periods such as holidays, sales, or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill all orders promptly.

Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping is not available at this time.)

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or multiple addresses in a single order.

  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.

Taxes, Duties & Fees:
  • All applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

  • Since we only ship domestically, no additional customs duties apply.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues:
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation are not the responsibility of Gavica.
