Shipping Terms
We are proud to partner with UPS to offer three reliable shipping methods across the continental United States. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
1. UPS SurePost (Standard Shipping)
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after the order is shipped and accepted by the carrier. Flat Rate: $10.50.
Important Limitation: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using this service. Please provide a physical street or home address.
2. UPS Second Day Air (Expedited Shipping)
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after the order is shipped and picked up by the carrier. Flat fee: $16.50.
3. UPS Next Day Air (Fastest Shipping)
Description: Our fastest delivery service, guaranteed to deliver overnight.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after the order is shipped and picked up by the carrier. Flat fee: $22.50.
General Rules & Order Processing Times:
Processing times: Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding sunday and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) may not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
Address Changes: Any address change requests after the order has shipped will be subject to a $10.50 processing fee.
Shipping Risks: We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
